What I ate: June 25, 2011
Breakfast: Waffles and 3 slices of bacon (both previously frozen).
Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Stir-fry of sausage and green peppers.
Snack: Small rice ball.
Dinner: Japanese-style lamb curry . This time I made my curry sauce from scratch rather than using S&B curry sauce mix. It was pretty good!
I had a little bit more than this.
Weight at beginning of the day: 108.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.6 lbs.
