What I ate: June 27, 2011
Breakfast: Melon and bacon at Mom and Dad's with my nephew. I forgot to take a picture of it.
Lunch: Mom's fried rice, which looked like this, as I forgot to take a picture of lunch too.
Dinner: Mom's roast beef, rice, broccoli and gravy at Mom and Dad's. And 2 glasses of Sebastiani zinfandel.
Dessert: Strawberries.
Weight at beginning of the day: 112.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.6 lbs.
