A Spicy V8.
Lunch: Pork with broccoli and scallion stir-fry, rice.
Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts.
Dinner: Sushi regular at Tokyo Tavern in Oneonta, NY with Mom.
Weight at beginning of the day: 112.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.0 lbs.
