What I ate: August 7, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, 1.0 oz. Organic Valley cream cheese, tomato and red onion.

Lunch: Twice cooked pork stir-fry with broccoli and scallions.

Snack: 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad.

Weight at beginning of the day: 108.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.0 lbs.
