What I ate: October 30, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Lunch: Beef with broccoli and scallion stir-fry. Rice.

Snack: A Saranac lager and 0.7 oz. peanuts.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom.

Weight at beginning of the day: 112.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 113.6 lbs.
