Breakfast: Grapefruit, bacon and a Dunkin Donuts jelly donut.
Lunch: Mom's fried rice at Mom and Dad's.
Dinner: Mom's tempura: shrimp, fish, asparagus, green pepper and onion. With rice and salad.
Weight at beginning of the day: 123.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 124.0 lbs.
