Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.
Lunch: I rarely eat McDonalds, except when traveling. Quarter pounder with cheese and French fries.
Dinner: Cheesesteak sandwich and French fries at Bolton Valley ski area. And Switchback beer.

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheddar cheese English muffin sandwich from the Bolton Valley deli.
Lunch: Turkey chili at Bolton Valley. And Switchback beer.
Dinner: Grilled chicken sandwich and French fries at Bolton Valley. And Switchback beer.

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheddar cheese English muffin sandwich from the Bolton Valley deli.
Lunch: Clam chowder at Bolton Valley. And Switchback beer.
Dinner: Chicken pot pie at Bolton Valley. This was really good! With Switchback beer. I drank a lot of beer on this trip.

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheddar cheese English muffin sandwich from the Bolton Valley deli. I probably should have tried something else, but it was really good!
Lunch: Travel stop at McDonalds for a quarter pounder with cheese.
Dinner: Meatloaf, rice and gravy. Back at home!
And 2 glasses of Altos del plata malbec.
Dessert: 1 square of Ghiradelli intense dark sea salt soiree chocolate bar.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.8 lbs.
