Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.

Lunch: Quarter pounder with cheese and French fries at McDonalds in Fort Edward, NY. On the road.

Dinner: "Old dog new trick" sliced turkey breast, bacon, Apple jalapeño garlic herb and cheddar. With French fries and Switchback beer at the James Moore Tavern at Bolton Valley, Vermont.

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin from the deli at Bolton Valley, Vermont.

Lunch: Turkey chili and Switchback beer at the James Moore tavern at Bolton Valley, Vermont.

Dinner: Black bean burger and French fries at the James Moore tavern at Bolton Valley, Vermont. This was a nice change of pace, quite tasty!

Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese at the Bolton Valley cafeteria.

Lunch: Seared sushi tuna sandwich at the James Moore tavern at Bolton Valley. With French fries and Switchback beer. Times have changed since I was little, ski area fare back in those days was hamburgers, not delicious sushi tuna sandwiches!

Dinner: Bàhn fire burger at the Prohibition Pig in Waitsfield, Vermont. With a Hill Farmstead Edward IPA. Very tasty!

There were more fries that that, a lot more!

Lunch: Turkey chili and Switchback beer at the James Moore Tavern at Bolton Valley.

Dinner: Steak frites at the James Moore Tavern at Bolton Valley.

Breakfast: Corned beef hash, eggs, home fries and wheat toast at the Green Goddess in Stowe, Vermont.

Lunch: Buffalo chicken wrap at the Octagon Cafe at Stowe Mountain Resort, Stowe, Vermont. I forgot to take a picture of it. Also, chips and a Switchback beer.

Dinner: Rack of lamb at Harrington's in Stowe, Vermont. This was really good! With 2 glasses of xxx cabernet sauvignon.

Late Breakfast: The chorizo and black bean tostada with scrambled eggs at the 3 Squares cafe in Vergennes, Vermont.

Dinner: I was so busy unpacking I forgot to eat. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips. And a glass of 90+ New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

And 2 glasses of Folonari Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

Weight at beginning of the day Monday, February 16: 126.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the day Sunday, February 22: 128.6 lbs.
