Veggie Buffalo wings
These were good! MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik'n Wings. They're not really wings. They're more like nuggets.
According to the package, a serving is 5 nuggets. Here's what they looked like, still frozen.
There are a few different ways to cook them listed on the package. The oven probably would have worked fine. But I decided to ignore the package directions and deep fry, which is much faster and, in my opinion, tastier. I deep fried them for 1:50 at 360°F from frozen. I checked for an internal temperature of 160°F.
There's a spicy Buffalo seasoning inside the nuggets, under the breading, by the way.
I served it with veggie Ranch dip with celery, cucumber and green pepper.
And a side salad with lettuce mix, spinach, cucumber, celery, green pepper and tomato, with Annie's cowgirl ranch dressing.
This was good!
Update September 10, 2015: Also good, and still enough for dinner, with just the veggies and no salad.
