What I ate: December 28, 2016
I think I got a relatively mild case of food poisoning. I think it was the goat cheese. Maybe the lettuce. In any case:
Breakfast: Toast with butter and a mug of ginger green tea.
Lunch: Homemade chicken soup (previously frozen) with soba noodles.
By afternoon I was able to stay vertical for more than a few minutes at a time. I was also getting my appetite back.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and French onion dip. And a few more potato chips. And some popcorn.
Dinner: 2 slices of Digiurno rising crust frozen supreme pizza.
Weight at beginning of the day: 133.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 133.4 lbs.
