Smokehouse sampler
One of my favorite meals out is the Smokehouse Sampler at Sloan's NY Grill in Oneonta, New York. It's ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket.


It's very large! I divided up my meal before starting, into thirds no less, and I'm still stuffed. I hate the waste and they use foam to-go clamshells so I bring my own glass containers.

I vacuum sealed and froze the leftovers.

Reheat in the sous vide for 45 minutes at 140°F.
The sauces are barbecue sauce from a jar, and a brisket sauce made from prepared horseradish and mayo.
