What I ate: November 29, 2021

Breakfast: Kimchi scrambled eggs on a bed of rice.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And 1.0 oz. peanuts. And 1.0 oz. Stacy's everything bagel chips.

Lunch: Barbecued chicken sandwich. With Kettle chips jalapeƱo potato chips. The serving of chicken for dinner last night was unusually large so I saved some for lunch today.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds. And, later, 1.7 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.

Dinner: Japanese-style beef curry with rice. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

And 2.3 oz. Halo Top vanilla.

Weight at beginning of the day: 118.2 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 118.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
