What I ate: August 12, 2022

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated Mission carb balance tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And a small package of peanut butter crackers (130 cal).

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.9 oz. ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), on one slice of Heidelberg whole wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries, and a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño.

Vacuum marinated a 7.4 oz. chicken thigh with a heaping tablespoon of Walkerswood hot and spicy Jamaican jerk marinade.

Snack: 2.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Jerk chicken and potato salad. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dessert: A salted caramel cookie and a white Russian.

Weight at beginning of the day: 128.4 lbs.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
