Greek yogurt snack
I made a little bowl with 2.9 oz. (89g) 5% fat Greek yogurt and 0.4 oz. (11g) granola.
That works out to 89 calories for the yogurt and 48 calories for the granola, so 137 calories total which is perfect for a small snack. I used to add maple syrup, which is delicious, but adds a lot of sugar and the granola is already sweet.
I switched to Chobani non-fat plain Greek yogurt, which is only 90 calories for 3/4 cup (170 grams). That works out to 43 calories for 2.9 oz, plus 48 for the granola, so 91 calories total.
