What I ate: November 19, 2022

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. And 4 mimosas and 2.0 oz. pretzels.

Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, and Kettle Chips jalapeƱo potato chips and a dill pickle. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 1.0 oz. peanuts. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Dinner: Fried chicken and 5.5 oz. mashed potatoes and gravy. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
