What I ate: December 1, 2022
Breakfast: Sausage, egg and cheese English muffin with Jimmy Dean sage sausage.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 1.0 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, Kettle Chips jalapeño potato chips, and a dill pickle
Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.
And, later, 0.8 oz. Popcorn Factory popcorn. And another serving about the same size. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.
Dinner: Pork carnitas burrito with xx oz. pork, rice, and refried black beans. And a Sauza Hornitos añejo tequila.
Weight at beginning of the day: 131.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.2 lbs.
