What I ate: December 3, 2022

Breakfast: Half of an Everything bagel company plain bagel, toasted, with butter, 3 slices of bacon, and a scrambled egg.

Started the poolish and soaker for homemade whole wheat bagels.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and homemade Spicy Bloody Mary.

Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.

Snack: 1.6 oz. popcorn factory popcorn (double the amount pictured) and 8.5 oz. Twenty Rows cabernet sauvignon.

And 3 Danish butter cookies and a coffee with Jameson.

Lunch: Chicken salad half sandwich with 2.5 oz. chicken salad on a slice of Heidelberg wheat bread, cut in half, Kettle Chips jalapeƱo potato chips, and a dill pickle. And a half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 4 crackers with Vermont Creamery everything goat cheese.

Dinner: Rigatoni with tomato, spinach, and prosciutto in spicy vodka cream sauce. And 8.5 oz. Twenty Rows cabernet sauvignon.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.2 lbs.
