What I ate: December 4, 2022

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño, and egg for breakfast Wednesday.

Made the dough and formed homemade whole wheat bagels.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.

Boiled and baked homemade whole wheat bagels.

Prepared pizza crusts. Par-baked 4 individual crusts, 5.1 oz. of dough in each.

Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 3.2 oz. deli roast beef, horseradish, mayo, and lettuce on Heidelberg multigrain bread. With a few Kettle Chips jalapeño potato chips and a dill pickle spear.

Started a batch of hot pepper infused vodka.

Snack: 2.4 oz. popcorn factory popcorn (3x the amount pictured).

Dinner: Homemade pizza with hot Italian sausage, mushroom, and green pepper.

And 8.5 oz. of Banfi Chianti classico, 2020.

Weight at beginning of the day: 132.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.8 lbs.
