Pepperoni pizza

I like to get a large pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney New York, my favorite local pizza.

This is obviously too much pizza for me, but the crust-to-pizza ratio is wrong when getting a smaller pie. Fortunately, it vacuum seals and freezes well.

Meal

I usually have a small side Caesar salad with it.

I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 150°F, then transferred it to the Breville SmartOven, 400°F for 3 minutes, plus the preheat time, on a sheet pan.
