Coffee and croissant

The chocolate croissant from Wildgrain (310 cal) is really good!

Baked a single one from frozen in the Breville Smart Oven, 18 minutes at 380°F.

I had already consumed all of the pot of coffee I made, but the croissant is really good with a coffee with Jameson, so I made a serving in the French press. This is just so I remember how much I used.

I made 10 oz. of coffee in my 12 oz. press. This is just a measurement using cold water because I couldn't remember how full it should be.

0.7 oz. coffee beans (20 grams) coarsely ground.

Steeped for 5 minutes, then poured.
