What I ate: December 5, 2024

Breakfast: Breakfast buffet at the Hampton Inn in Albany, NY.

Lunch: Spicy chicken, rice, and an egg roll at PF Chang in Albany, NY. Glass of Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc.

Dinner: 1 slice of pepperoni pizza from Gavin's in Sidney, NY. It was vacuum sealed and frozen so I reheated it from frozen in the sous vide at 150°F, then transferred it to a cast iron griddle pan to crisp the crust. A half glass of Bota Box pinot noir.

Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.2 lbs.
