Anchovies for Caesar salad

One tin of anchovies (2.0 oz) is too much for a single Caesar salad. Even 2 salads. I've tried vacuum sealing and refrigerating the tin, which works, but it's still a pain to deal with.

Separating a tin into four servings, with most of the oil removed, each anchovy cut in half, then vacuum sealed and frozen is what I do now.
