Simple goulash

This dish comes together quickly because most of the the ingredients were previously vacuum sealed and frozen.

Cook 1.8 oz. (51g) of elbow pasta. I used DeCecco no. 81 elbows. Cooking time is only 5 minutes! Later reduced to 1.6 oz.

I defrosted the frozen items in the refrigerator overnight, then heated them in a sauté pan.

Drained and added the pasta and stirred. That was it!

Beef mixture

Earlier, I made a batch of ground beef with 8 oz. of grass-fed ground beef, onion and garlic for pasta with meat sauce. 2 servings of 3.5 oz. each vacuum sealed and frozen. Also pictured is taco seasoned beef, made from the other half of the 16 oz. package.

Reduced the pasta to 1.6 oz. of elbows, which is enough.
