What I ate: May 19, 2011

Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeƱo, onion and egg breakfast burrito . In a Maria and Ricardo's multi-grain organic tortilla (100 % whole grains).

Lunch: Stir-fry of pork, scallions and bean sprouts. And rice.

Snack: Small rice ball. And a raspberry iced tea from the Keurig.

Dinner: Stir-fry of sausage and green peppers. And rice. With Cabria chardonnay.

Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle.

Weight at beginning of the day: 111.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.0 lbs.
