What I ate: May 20, 2011
Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. Grindstone wild salmon lox, 0.8 oz. Organic Valley cream cheese, tomato and onion.
Lunch: 2.8 oz. Misty Knoll grilled chicken Caesar salad with Romaine lettuce and Drew's Caesar dressing and a very small amount of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. And a homemade whole wheat and oat roll with Vermont Butter and Cheese cultured butter.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and dip. And a Kerig sweet lemon black tea iced tea.
Dinner: Tapas at The (new) Black Door in Montpelier. Very tasty!
Weight at beginning of the day: 111.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 111.6 lbs.
