Breakfast: A homemade blueberry muffin and 3 slices of Vermont Smoke and Cure bacon .

Lunch: Twice cooked pork with scallions and rice.

Snack: 0.7 oz. potato chips and French onion dip.

Dinner: Mom's mackerel and tofu at Mom & Dad's.

Weight at beginning of the day: 109.8 Weight at beginning of the next day: 110.4
