What I ate: September 8, 2011
Breakfast: Blueberry muffin and bacon , both previously frozen.
A Spicy V-8. And 0.7 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Beef with scallions and bean sprouts. And rice.
Dinner: Tonkatsu , rice and sautéed cabbage. And I forgot to take a picture, but it looked pretty much like this.
And 2 glasses of Septima malbec and 2 strips of Dagoba xocolatl chocolate bar.
Weight at beginning of the day: 109.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.4 lbs.
