What I ate: November 12, 2011
Breakfast: Waffles with blueberries and maple syrup and breakfast sausage links. I reheated the waffles, which I previously made then froze.
And a mimosa.
Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich. On one slice of Barowski's wheat bread, cut in half. With Kettle Chips barbecue potato chips.
Snack: Omegang Rare VOS (Belgian-style amber ale) and 1.0 oz. Chex mix.
Dinner: Grilled filet mignon steak, broccoli, salt and olive oil-rubbed baked potato . With Red Door pinot noir.
Dessert: 2 strips (6 squares) of Green & Black's ginger dark chocolate bar.
Snack: 1.0 oz. potato chips and dip.
Weight at beginning of the day: 110.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.0 lbs.
