What I ate: November 3, 2011
Breakfast: Pancakes , sausage. Both were previously cooked and frozen. And a half glass of orange juice.
Snack: 0.7 oz. peanuts and a Spicy V-8.
Lunch: Stir-fry of sausage and green peppers with rice. With 2 pieces of homemade pork sausage . There's sausage for both breakfast and dinner because lunch was supposed to be zucchini and bacon stir-fry, but I was more in a sausage and green pepper mood so I made that instead.
Dinner: Roasted pork, rice and sautéed cabbage.
Dessert: 2 stripes of Dagoba lavender blueberry dark chocolate. And 2 glasses of Aguaribay malbec.
Weight at beginning of the day: 111.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.4 lbs.
