What I ate: November 6, 2011

Breakfast: Homemade whole wheat bagel with 2.0 oz. lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion. And a mimosa.

Lunch: Hot dog and Doritos. A Hebrew National all-beef hot dog, previously grilled, vacuum sealed and frozen. On a Barowski's wheat hot dog bun. With Dijon mustard and relish. 1.0 oz. Doritos.

My original menu was a stir-fry, but I spent all morning working in the garage installing new outlets and lights, and was in the mood for something quick and easy.

I didn't finish my project because I ran out of wire, but I still had a celebratory beverage: A Saranac Adirondack lager.

Dinner: Iron Chef Chinese Buffet with Mom and Dad. There was a slightly smaller second plate as well, which I forgot to take a picture of, but pretty much looked like last week .

Dessert: 2 glasses of Cupcake sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 111.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 112.2 lbs.
