What I ate: November 7, 2011
Breakfast: Waffle, bacon
I also cooked 2 pounds of bacon and made a batch of blueberry muffins .
Lunch: Sausage and green pepper stir-fry.
Dinner: Dinner was supposed to be ribs and French fries but instead I had frozen pizza and a Saranac lager since I was tired from finishing the electrical work in the garage. In retrospect, I should have had the ribs because the pizza was disappointing.
And 2 glasses of Septima malbec.
Weight at beginning of the day: 112.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.8 lbs.
