Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon . With one organic egg, half a slice of Barowski's wheat bread with butter and 3 slices of bacon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix .
Post-breakfast: A half slice of Barowski's wheat bread toast with Woodstock Farms organic peanut butter.
Lunch: Pork with scallion and broccoli stir-fry .
Walk to the store, a little over a mile.
Snack: 1.0 oz. cashews.
Dinner: Homemade jalapeƱo poppers with raspberry chipotle sauce (sauce from a jar).
1.0 oz. tortilla chips and homemade guacamole .
And a Sauza Horintos margarita made with freshly squeezed lime juice.
Weight at beginning of the day: 128.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 128.8 lbs.
