What I ate: November 23, 2021
Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 1 egg, freshly cooked. And a slice of Heidelberg whole wheat toast with butter. And a glass of Prosecco.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a Cutwater spicy Bloody Mary.
Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.
And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts. And half of a blueberry muffin and a coffee with Jameson.
Lunch: Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich from McDonalds.
Snack: 4 cracked pepper and olive oil Triscuits with Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese.
Dinner: Sushi regular at Tokyo Japanese in Oneonta, NY. With a salad, miso soup, and a large cold sake.
Weight at beginning of the day: 116.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 118.2 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
