What I ate: May 12, 2022
Breakfast: Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, 0.8 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Leftover salmon.
Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.
Dinner: Chicken asada, pinto beans with cotija, sweet potato brown rice (390 cal). And a glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
And saved some for tomorrow's lunch.
Weight at beginning of the day: 127.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 125.8 lbs.
I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match the current scale.
