What I ate: January 21, 2023

Breakfast: Egg, toast and bacon. With one egg, a slice of Barowski's multigrain toast with butter, and 3 slices of bacon.

Made a batch of Tonkatsu (updated post with new pictures at the end).

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a homemade Spicy Bloody Mary. And a coffee with Jameson.

Vacuum sealed and froze the sous vide pork for stir-fry, made from the rest of the pork roast used to make tonkatsu.

Snack: Bacon, jalapeƱo and cheddar scone (previously frozen).

Snack: 1.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos and a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Lunch: Burrito with beef, pico de gallo, Spanish rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, jalapeƱos, and hot sauce, chips and queso, from Machos Tacos in Sidney, NY. And a margarita.

Dinner: Hunan beef (9.0 oz) from China City and Sidney, NY. And a glass of Bota Box shiraz.

Vacuum sealed and froze the remainder, two servings, 7.0 oz. and 7.4 oz.

Weight at beginning of the day: 131.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.8 lbs.
