Eggs, toast, and ham

This is really the same as as eggs, toast and bacon but probably a little healthier with ham.

The ham is 2.4 oz. of 4mm thick sliced smoked ham. I sautéed it for a few minutes, then scrambled the eggs to the side of the same pan.

I also pre-sliced it into bite-sized pieces in the kitchen, which is just a personal preference to slicing it at the table.
