What I ate: April 30, 2024
Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.
Prepped for lunch and dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).
Lunch: Taco salad with 1.8 oz. ground beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, ranch dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal. 1.0 oz. spicy nacho Doritos.
Dinner: Wildgrain cheese tortellini (175 cal) with 4.5 oz. marinara. Two pieces of Wildgrain ciabatta bread with olive oil. A glass of Bota Box zinfandel.
Vacuum sealed and froze two servings of tortellini.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Wavy Lays potato chips.
