What I ate: July 2, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And slice of Wildgrain sourdough toast with butter.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal).

Prepped for dinner. Seared the salmon, one serving for dinner tonight and froze two servings. And cooked the brocoli for dinner.

Lunch: Barbecued pork sandwich with coleslaw. With 2.6 oz. spare rib meat and barbecue sauce. A few potato chips.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Snack: Toma Rashi cheese and crackers. Two glasses of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Dinner: Salmon, broccoli, and rice. A glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Doritos.

Weight at beginning of the day: 136.6 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 136.8 lbs.
