What I ate: October 8, 2024

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch.

Cooked and froze 2 pounds of bacon.

Baked a loaf of Wildgrain sourdough bread.

Snack: A piece of sourdough with olive oil. And another end piece.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg multigrain bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Fried chicken (leg and thigh), 2.8 oz. French fries.

I like to pre-cut my fried chicken in the kitchen.

The fried chicken came from the grocery store. I vacuum sealed and froze one serving yesterday. I vacuum sealed and refrigerated the other serving for dinner tonight so I could reheat it in the sous vide, then the deep fryer.

Snack: 2 squares of Ghiradelli sea salt and almond chocolate bar (107 cal). Kettle Chips salt and vinegar potato chips (140 cal).

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.0 lbs.
