Breakfast: Ham, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. With 2.4 oz. ham.
Prepped for dinner.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Cheeseburger and French fries at the Donut Hut/Unadilla Diner.
No snack since I had a big lunch.
Dinner: Pork with scallion and broccoli stir-fry. With 1.9 oz. pork and a half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.
