What I ate: February 4, 2025
Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.
Prepped for lunch.
Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).
Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with 2.8 oz. ham on Heidelberg multigrain bread. A side salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.
Dinner: Falafel (new post). This was good! A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.
Snack: 1.0 oz. pita chips and hummus.
Weight at beginning of the day: 141.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 138.6 lbs.
