What I ate: Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped salad veggies: carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Cooked 1 1/2 cups of Nishiki white sushi rice and refrigerated for the week.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn (80 cal).

I got a loaf of Heidelberg French peasant bread. This was good; I'll definitely get this again.

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and ranch dressing.

Walked 2.07 miles in 37:48.

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Crumb pork chops. Sautéed cabbage. Rice. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Cape Cod sour cream and onion potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 138.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 139.4 lbs.
