What I ate: Tuesday, April 22, 2025

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

I got an assortment of Tajin seasoning. The first test is Tajin ranch dressing, which is supposed to be delicious. It has a good flavor but the clássico is not particularly spicy. I think I still prefer my cajun-seasoned ranch.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop habanero cheddar popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and Tajin ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Falafel. A half glass of Bota Box sauvignon blanc.

Snack: 4 Danish butter cookies.

Weight at beginning of the day: 139.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 139.4 lbs.
