What I ate: Tuesday, June 17, 2025

Breakfast: Spicy western omelette. Filling cooked Sunday and reheated, in 2 eggs, freshly cooked. And Heidelberg multigrain toast with butter.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, banana pepper, red onion, and cajun ranch dressing (25 grams, 117 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Rana chicken and roasted garlic ravioli. Marinara. 2 slices of Wildgrain olive oil ciabatta bread. Half glass of Bota Box cabernet sauvignon.

Vacuum sealed and froze the 2 remaining servings.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 137.0 lbs.
