Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat English muffin.

Made a batch of Sriracha chex mix.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeño popcorn (70 cal).

Lunch: Salmon poke bowl from the Hannaford grocery store in Oneonta, NY.

Snack: 4 crackers with Cabot seriously sharp Vermont cheddar cheese. 8 almonds.

Dinner: Rest of the poke bowl. A glass of cold sake.

Snack: 2.0 oz. Kettle Chips hot jalapeño potato chips.

Weight at beginning of the day: 137.0 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: lbs.
