Refried black bean, eggm and cheese breakfast burrito #2

There's a good amount of salsa in the burrito, and I've found that drying it off on a paper towel is helpful.

Tortilla, pre-packaged refried black beans, and cheese.

Also one egg, folded in thirds.

Heat the tortilla on a comal or a cast iron griddle pan.
Warm the black beans either by putting the vacuum sealed bag in hot water, or in the microwave. Add the beans and cheese to the warm tortilla.

Add the salsa.

Add the egg.

Fold into burrito shape. I fold mine flatter instead of fully round to make cooking it easier.
Cook the burrito on the griddle pan for a few minutes on each side.

This is an updated version of Refried black bean, egg and cheese breakfast burrito.
Frozen refried beans
Earlier, I divided a 15.4 oz. can of refried black beans, vacuum sealed and froze individual packages.
- 4x 2.5 oz. for breakfast burrito
- 2x 2.0 oz. + 1x remainder (1.4 oz.) for other uses
