What I ate: Tuesday, February 10, 2026

Breakfast: Ham, egg, toast, and potatoes. With 2.4 oz. ham and 2.2 oz. potatoes.

This would normally have been Spicy western omelette but I thought I had omelette filling frozen, but do not.

Prepped for lunch and dinner.

Defrosted vacuum sealed, blanched frozen cabbage in the refrigerator for dinner tomorrow.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. 0.8 oz. peanuts (136 cal). 0.8 oz. cashews (128 cal). Skinny Pop cheddar jalapeƱo popcorn (140 cal).

Lunch: Spicy tuna salad sandwich on Heidelberg French peasant bread. Salad with lettuce mix, cucumber, tomato, carrot, celery, green pepper, red onion, and chipotle ranch dressing (20 grams, 93 cal).

Snack: Popcorn, Orville Redenbacher's movie theater butter mini-bag, 42 g, 5 cups, 210 cal.

Dinner: Chicken paprika #5 (previously frozen, 7.2 oz), rice, and broccoli. A half glass of Bota box sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 133.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 132.6 lbs.
