What I ate: May 16, 2011
Breakfast: Chorizo, green pepper, jalapeño, onion and egg breakfast burrito . In a Maria and Ricardo's multi-grain organic tortilla (100 % whole grains).
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili with skillet cornbread .
Snack: 0.7 oz. potato chips and dip.
Dinner: Thai-style shrimp with green pepper, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, toasted and hot pepper sesame oil and chili garlic sauce. With rice. And 2 glasses of Switchback beer because this was so spicy my nose started running while I was cooking it!
Dessert: 1 square of Lake Champlain dark chocolate raspberry truffle. And 2 glasses of Etc. malbec.
Weight at beginning of the day: 112.4 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.8 lbs.
