Breakfast: Sausage, egg, and cheese on a Barowski's whole wheat English muffin . With homemade sausage , Cabot cheddar cheese and one organic egg.
A Spicy V-8 and 0.5 oz. peanuts.
Lunch: Spicy vegetarian chili with jalapeƱo skillet cornbread .
Dinner: Filet mignon steak, baked potato and asparagus.
And 2 glasses of Plungerhead Zinfandel.
And 2 strips of Dagoba blueberry lavender chocolate bar.
Weight at beginning of the day: 109.2 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 108.4 lbs.
