What I ate: September 22, 2011

Breakfast: One egg, scrambled, bacon and toast (1/2 slice of Barowski's wheat bread) with Earth Balance spread.

Lunch: Homemade chana masala (previously frozen) and rice.

Dinner: Citrus marinated striped bass soft taco with salsa fresca and tortilla chips. And a glass of Urban Riesling.

Dessert: 1 glass of Septima malbec and 2 strips of Dagoba xocolatl chocolate bar.

Weight at beginning of the day: 108.8 lbs. Weight at the beginning of the next day: 110.2 lbs.
